Marcthom Trading Pty Ltd, trading as Thomas and Hurley, its affiliates and subsidiaries, collectively referred to in this policy as “T&H”, “we”, “our” or “us” sells furniture and homewares and associated products both from store locations and online. As part of our business we collect your personal information and tell you how we use, store or distribute that information.
We respect and uphold your rights to privacy under the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) ("Privacy Act") in relation to the collection, management and disclosure of your Personal Information.

Opting Out / Unsubscribe
We only want to communicate with you if you want to hear from us. Unless you opt out, your consent to receive direct marketing communications from us and to the handling of your personal information as detailed above, will continue. If you choose to opt out or unsubscribe, this does not automatically unsubscribe you from marketing communications from other brands.

Third parties may be used to collect such statistical data. No Personal Information is collected on these occasions.

T&H websites

Other than liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, we will not be liable in any way in relation to any breach of security or any unintended loss or disclosure of that information.
